REFUND POLICY

At Soularis Empire, we take pride in offering thoughtfully created digital and physical products designed to serve our community with care and intention. Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, ALL DIGITAL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds, cancellation, returns, or exchanges will be issue for:

  • Digital downloads

  • eBooks

  • Guides

  • Journals

  • Courses

  • Worksheets

  • Templates

  • Audio products

  • Membership content

  • Any other electronically delivered products

Detailed product descriptions are provided prior to purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to review all product information before completing a purchase.

Natural Products & Physical Products

All Natural products and physical products are also considered non-refundable unless:

  • The incorrect item was sent by our team

  • The product arrives defective due to a verified fulfillment error on our part

Refund requests based on personal preference, scent preference, texture preference, change of mind, or expected results will not be approved.

Unauthorized Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact us directly regarding any order concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in refusal of future service or legal collection efforts where applicable.
