RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused

  • Items must be unworn

  • Items must be in the same condition in which they were received

  • Items must include original packaging when applicable

  • Proof of purchase or original receipt is required

Customers have 30 days from the confirmed delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Authorization Requirement

ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE REVIEWED AND AUTHORIZED PRIOR TO RETURN.

Any package returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Verified Errors

If an approved return is due to a verified error made by Soularis Empire, we will notify the customer once:

  1. The returned package has been received

  2. The item has been inspected

  3. The return has been approved

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately 10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Digital products

  • Downloadable content

  • Personalized items

  • Opened natural products

  • Used products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards
