SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Orders are processes within 3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Processing times may increase during:

  • Holidays

  • Major sales

  • Promotional launches

  • High-volume order periods

  • Severe weather events

  • Carrier delays

Processing time and shipping time are separate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

Soularis Empire is NOT responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer

  • Incorrect email addresses entered by the customer

  • Failed deliveries due to customer input errors

  • Packages delivered to the wrong address provided at checkout

If an order is returned due to incorrect customer information, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.

Carrier Delays & Delivery Issues

Once an order leaves our facility and is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility shifts to the carrier.

Soularis Empire is not liable for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather delays

  • Natural disasters

  • Lost packages

  • Theft after delivery

  • Delivery interruptions

  • Shipping carrier errors

  • Inability to deliver to a customer's address

  • Missed deliveries

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Damaged Packages

All orders are packaged carefully before shipment.

If a package arrives damaged, we strongly recommend customers:

Take clear photographs of:

  • The damaged product

  • Interior packaging

  • Exterior shipping box

  • Shipping label

  • Retain all packaging materials

  • File a claim directly with the shipping carrier when applicable

Some shipping carriers allow customers to submit damage claims directly for reimbursement.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Soularis Empire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery disputes.
